If the guest fails to pay the refundable deposit and upon their departure it has been found that:
- the room is in a damaged state (damage to facilities) and the guest hasn't compensated the accommodation provider for the damage, and/or
- there are other arrears for accommodation and other services, and/or
- extra cleaning is required in the room,
- the smoking ban is violated
the accommodation provider is entitled to charge the relevant amount to the guest's credit card.
Cancellation policy
Notice of Cancellation or Modification is required 7 days prior to arrival date to avoid a cancellation/modification penalty. If you cancel/modify at least 7 days prior to the arrival date your payment will be returned in full. If you cancel/modify less then 7 days before the arrival date you will forfeit your payment. If payments are not made within the required time (3 days after creating the reservation),we reserve the right to cancel the reservation.
